Aspire Benefits and Programming 2026
Get ready for a standout year!
Aspire is stepping into 2026 with a fresh lineup of member benefits and events designed to elevate your business success! These new offerings will help Aspire members tackle rising business costs, maximize sales time, sharpen business skills, and learn about community development.
Here is a first look at six new additions you will see in 2026:
- ChamberCare Health Insurance for Small Businesses - In partnership with the Indiana Chamber and Indy Chamber, Aspire now offers ChamberCare MEWA Health Plans to our members! Businesses with 2–50 employees have access to high-quality group health coverage typically reserved for larger employers, at competitive and sustainable rates. Benefits include broad coverage, meaningful savings, predictable renewals, and lower pharmacy costs, making health insurance easier to navigate. Enrollment is available NOW!
- Accounting Office Hours – We see you, small business owners! You are experts in your craft and you wear many hats to keep your business growing. But one business function where small business owners most often tell us they need professional guidance is accounting. We are excited to announce Compass Pointe CPAs, LLC, will offer “office hours” where Compass Pointe will provide general business accounting discussions to Aspire Johnson County members, in person and free of charge. Office Hours will be available quarterly, beginning January.
- Aspire Johnson County Podcast – Aspire’s podcast will bring our mission to media through storytelling, in-depth interviews, and roundtable discussions featuring business leaders, educators, elected officials, and community partners. Each episode spotlights the people, projects, and policies driving Johnson County’s growth. Listeners will gain insights into business, workforce, public policy, and community development, reflecting Aspire’s role as a convener and champion of business success. Stay tuned – our first episode releases this month!
- Leadership Development Cohorts – Designed for business leaders beyond the start-up stage and with employees, this new 2026 series will deliver practical, business-focused training for owners and executive decision-makers ready to sharpen their leadership skills. Each six-week cohort will blend brief instruction, guided application, and peer exchange to help participants implement tools immediately – enhancing communication, meetings, team alignment, and execution. Cohort sizes will be limited!
- Speed Networking Series – You asked and we are delivering! Aspire’s 2026 calendar includes a dynamic speed networking series to help members make meaningful connections quickly and efficiently. Attendees will rotate through seven rounds of small-group conversations, ensuring they meet a wide range of business professionals. This structured approach makes it easy to expand networks, exchange ideas, and spark new opportunities in a fun, fast-paced environment. Speed Networking launches this January!
- Women in Leadership Development (W.I.L.D.) – Based on member feedback, 2026 will build on this program’s success by increasing its frequency and incorporating a “Power Play” segment where attendees will learn about social-business networking skills, such as business on the golf course and wine pairings for business dinners. The series will also continue to deliver valuable networking and career development inspiration. W.I.L.D. returns in March!
Your business success is at the heart of our mission. Email Angela Vandersteen for more information on any of these programs.
