How to Nominate
- Please click below to submit the appropriate nomination.
- We cannot guarantee that incomplete nominations will be sufficiently evaluated. We invite you to make an appointment with Aspire staff for assistance completing the form.
- A confidential selection committee, comprised of successful business owners, Aspire board directors and economic development officials, will score each submission. Committee members are selected for their business acumen and experience.

2024 Business Success Award
Non-Profit and For-Profit
This award celebrates business success for non-profit organizations and for-profit companies. Nominees must demonstrate qualified success in more than one of the following areas: growth and stability; commitment to quality; creative/unique solutions to challenges; and entrepreneurial spirit.
2024 Diversity in Business Award
Nominees for this award must have contributed to harnessing diversity within their workforces and actively taking the lead to promote and champion the business case for diversity within the community or their industries. This award celebrates diversity and inclusion in the workforce.
2024 Green Business Award
This award celebrates a company that demonstrates qualified success in more than one of the following areas: social and environmental responsibility, climate justice, green living or green products. Nominees must show how they are building an economy that is sustainable, healthier and more prosperous.

// WOMEN LEADERS WORKSHOP AWARDS
Champion of Women – This award recognizes companies that prioritize women in business leadership and provide women with opportunities for growth, supporting women both inside and outside their workforces. Nominee companies must celebrate and elevate women in business, honoring their success and contributions.
Woman of the Year – This award will recognize a female leader who has made a significant contribution to her organization as an influencer, leader, and ally. Nominees must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of her industry or market. Nominees should be self-confident, respected, responsible, authentic, honest, and honorable. Nominees must create a work environment that supports and encourages growth and fulfillment in other women.
