The Etica Group Promotes Six Employees
The Etica Group, Inc., (Etica Group) has promoted six employees from within the company. Etica Group is a professional consulting firm that provides Architectural, Engineering, Surveying, Building Envelope Consulting, and Construction Inspection services.
As of July 1, the following promotions were made:
Nicky Kalck, PE, has been promoted to Transportation Engineering Department Manager. Nicky is a graduate of Purdue University with a master’s in Civil Engineering. She is a past recipient of the ACEC Engineering Excellence Merit Award and has been with Etica Group for over 4 years.
Nick Schmitt, PE, PS, has been promoted to the Land Survey Department Manager. Nick is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in both Civil Engineering and Surveying and Geomatics and has over 14 years of experience.
Brian Stanoch, PE, PS, has been promoted to Right-of-Way Department Manager. Brian is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in both Civil Engineering and Surveying and Geomatics and has been with Etica Group for 11 years.
Kevin Miller, PE, has been promoted to Director of Engineering. He previously served as Etica Group’s Transportation Engineering Department Manager. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Purdue University and has over 20 years of experience.
Toby Winiger, AIA, has been promoted to the Director of Architecture and Building Envelope. He previously served as Etica Group’s Architecture Department Manager. Mr. Winiger is a Graduate of Ball State University and has over 20 years of experience.
Rodney Kelly, PS, has been promoted to the Director of Survey. He previously served as Etica Group’s Survey Department Manager. Mr. Kelly received his education from IUPUI, has been with Etica Group for over 12 years, and has 20+ years of experience.
