Member Profile: Performance Improvement Consulting
Performance Improvement Consulting (PIC) helps organizations and leaders cultivate learning and growth as they continue serving their customers and stakeholders.
The consulting staff, Kurt Schoch and Sandy Dean, bring over 60 years’ experience in leadership development and organizational excellence. Their industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, utilities, higher education, health care, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and manufacturing.
The versatility of Performance Improvement Consulting is demonstrated in its ability to bring industry-recognized, standardized programs such as the SL II Experience, the Leadership Challenge, Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors® Team Development®, The 6 Types of Working Genius, and other assessment and training programs, as well as customized strategy and teambuilding approaches. For example, a city municipality asked PIC to help with redesign of its workforce structure, which included enhancing working relationships through an Everything DiSC® assessment and training program.
A key foundation of our work is the belief that individuals and organizations have the resources and mindset to create their own future. Our task is to guide them in the direction they want to go and provide the structure and framework to get there.
