Elevate: Honest Conversations for Leaders Who Refuse to Stand Still

When you hear the word “elevate,” what comes to mind? To elevate means to raise or lift to a higher position, whatever that may be. It is progression. It is growth.
On my podcast, aptly named Elevate, I interview executives and leaders that have helped shape and evolve their community. These leaders have worked their way up in their careers and haven’t stopped until getting to the top. We learn their leadership insights, where they started, challenges they’ve faced, and their advice on ways we can elevate ourselves and our own careers, too.
When we launched the Elevate podcast, it was not because the world needed another business show. It was because our clients, partners, and community needed a better conversation. One that goes beyond technology features and dives into the real decisions leaders face every day.
During my time at Braden Business Systems, I quickly discovered that one of our core values is active community involvement. That commitment goes beyond volunteering or financial support. It includes intentionally recognizing and elevating the individuals who step forward to lead, serve, and make a difference. We believe there is insight to be gained from every story, and that growth begins when those stories are shared. That is the purpose of Elevate, to create a platform where experiences, lessons, and leadership journeys can inspire others to think bigger and lead better.
In conversations with executives across healthcare, manufacturing, education, legal, and construction, a consistent theme continues to surface: growth is rarely linear. It is layered, complex, and often uncomfortable. Progress requires calculated risk. It may mean pivoting strategy, embracing modern tools such as AI, or stepping into opportunities that feel uncertain at first. Advancement is not accidental. It is intentional, and it demands action.
While every leader’s journey looks different, one reality is undeniable: technology and business are evolving at a relentless pace. Remaining relevant is no longer about maintaining the status quo. It requires curiosity to question what is possible and courage to pursue it. Elevate was built to champion both. We aim to confront change directly, not cautiously observe it from the sidelines.
If you are a leader or fellow professional who values thoughtful dialogue, fresh perspective, and honest conversation, Elevate was created with you in mind. We invite you to watch, join the discussion and be part of a community committed to growth with purpose. View the Elevate podcast at https://bradenonline.com/elevate.
