Franciscan Health Hosting Back to School Immunization Clinic July 16 on South Side of Indianapolis
Franciscan Health is hosting a back-to-school immunization clinic for children this month on the south side of Indianapolis.
The clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, July 16 at the Indianapolis Public Library West Perry Branch from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The immunization clinic is open to anyone. Attendees need to bring an insurance card (private or Medicaid) and photo ID. For uninsured individuals, this will be documented on the consent forms.
Appointments are not necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
The Indianapolis Public Library West Perry Branch is located at 6650 South Harding St. in Indianapolis.
