Franciscan PACE celebrates 10th Anniversary with Fall Festival and Open House on October 9
Franciscan Senior Health and Wellness, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), will be hosting a 10th Anniversary Fall Festival on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Greenwood PACE facility.
Those caring for an aging parent, spouse or family member are invited to attend and learn how PACE can help enhance the quality of life for their loved one along with their family/caregivers.
During the 10th Anniversary Fall Festival, tours of the PACE facility will be available, along with fall activities, food trucks and giveaways.
Franciscan PACE is available to those age 55 and older, who live in the PACE service area, have chronic health conditions that qualify for nursing home care and can live safely in the community. PACE provides complete health care, socialization and meals, as well as respite care and support groups for caregivers.
The 13,500 square foot PACE center was designed to meet the growing needs of the Indianapolis region and offers a more centralized location within the designated service area. The layout of the center is conducive to the all-inclusive services the program offers to its participants.
The Franciscan PACE center is located at 1040 Sierra Drive, Suite 600 in Greenwood.
