- When did you become an Ambassador?
I became an Ambassador in February 2025. - How has being an Ambassador been beneficial to you and/or your company?
It has given me valuable experience and helped expand my professional network. It has given me an opportunity to connect with others in a way I wouldn’t have been able to before. - Why did you want to become an Ambassador?
Becoming an Ambassador gave me the opportunity to assist both Mutual Savings Bank and Aspire Johnson County in growing and continuing to build relationships. - Do you have a favorite memory as an Ambassador?
One of my favorite memories is setting up for the Pickleball Tournament. There were several obstacles that morning and by working together, we were able to make sure things were taken care of, and we had a great tournament. - What advice do you have for professionals trying to connect with other professionals?
Strong professional networks take time. Stay engaged, show up regularly, and nurture connections even when you don’t need anything immediately. - What is your favorite networking tip?
Step out of your comfort bubble and meet new people. Challenge yourself. You never know who you will be able to connect with, and how you might be able to help each other. - What was your first job?
My first job “adult job” was the United States Air Force. I had a job as a teenager making pizzas. I think I ate as many as I made! - Do you have any hobbies or something you like to do outside the business setting?
I am an avid reader. I also enjoy spending time with my children. We enjoy getting outside and hiking. - What is your favorite vacation and why?
I am a Disney girl, so anything Disney. There is definitely a lot of walking during the park vacations, but I truly enjoy my time there, being able to let go of the normal stress of daily life and just have fun. - What makes you a raving fan of Aspire?
Aspire consistently provides meaningful opportunities, valuable resources, and a strong sense of community that encourages people to push beyond their limits. Aspire actively invests in its members’ success, which is what makes me a raving fan.
