2. How has being an Ambassador been beneficial to you and/or your company?
   
   First Financial Bank is a proud sponsor of Aspire as many of our members live in the community. We enjoy being able to strategically partner with other members and provide holistic solutions to our clients and partners. Working locally creates long-term relationships compared to transactional relationships.
   
   
3. Why did you want to become an Ambassador?
   
   I have attended Aspire events since 2022. During these events, the ambassadors were always so helpful and knowledgeable while also connected within the community. I wanted that for myself and First Financial Bank.
   
   
4. Do you have a favorite memory as an Ambassador? Please share.
   
   I really enjoy attending the ribbon-cutting ceremonies when I can. Seeing the excitement of the business owner and employees as they embark on their new ventures and the belief they have in our community inspires me.
   
   
5. What advice do you have for professionals trying to connect with other professionals? What is your favorite networking tip?
   
   Everyone is usually at the networking events for the same reason – meeting new people! Just ask someone, “What does your company do?”, “ What brings you here today?”.
   
   
6. Work on your elevator speech so someone else who knows nothing about your industry could repeat it to someone else and still get your message across.
   
   Mine is, “I educate, inform, and give options”.
   
   
7. What was your first job?
   
   My first job was working 3rd shift as a warehouse picker at Eby Brown in Plainfield at 18.
   
   My first job out of college was a Financial Representative at One America.
   
   
8. What is something you like to do outside of the business setting? Do you have any hobbies?
   
   I enjoy golfing and attending sporting events.
   
   
9. What is your favorite vacation and why?
   
   My favorite vacation is going to Michigan and hiking the Sleeping Bear Dunes.
   
   I really enjoyed the people, and the fresh water was nice compared to the salt water in the oceans.
   
   
10. What makes you a raving fan of Aspire?
    
    Aspire is a community within the community. The members of Aspire want what’s best for the community and the people who live and work there.
    
    When I partner with someone involved with Aspire, I know I am working with someone who has integrity and cares.
