We are the Taflans - for three generations our family has lived at the intersection of science, public health, Greenwood and a deep love for what intentional movement does for the human body and mind. We have seen firsthand what Pilates and yoga can do for stress, for aging, for injury recovery, for confidence, and we wanted to build a place to bring that to our community.
Reform & Flow by Coco right here in Greenwood - a family-owned studio built around the Merrithew V2 Max Plus reformers - one of the most respected, science-based pieces of equipment in the world. Every detail has been chosen with intention. Come and try a Pilates equipment class early morning or evening!
And for those who need to slow down, breathe, and reconnect, our dedicated yoga mat room is designed as a true sanctuary for relaxation, restoration and mindfulness.
