Third Century Bancorp Appoints Robert D. Henderson to Board of Directors
Third Century Bancorp, the holding company of Mutual Savings Bank, announces the appointment of Robert D. Henderson to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026.
Henderson has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Mutual Savings Bank since 2020 and has been part of the bank’s leadership team since joining the organization in 2015. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Senior Lender.

A graduate of Indiana University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Henderson brings extensive industry knowledge along with a strong commitment to the community he has called home his entire life. His deep roots in Johnson County, combined with his long-standing dedication to Mutual Savings Bank, make him a valuable addition to the Board of Directors.
